The Click Into Joy! Personal Change Method may not make you into a powerhouse public speaker or incredibly artistic performer, but it can help you lose your fear of being on stage.

Just as you are presently able to practice your speech or artistic performance, the Click Into Joy! technique teaches you how to practice letting go of anxiety in a methodical and effective manner. 

Many of us don't even know that we are capable of letting go of anxiety, that we have "control" over our emotions. But letting go of anxiety is the opposite of control. Rather, letting go of anxiety is a God-given capacity which makes us more free, alert, expressive and open within the present moment.

The Click Into Joy! PCM teaches us how to do this naturally by mere intention. Having done so, we are much more likely to enjoy--and excel in--whatever public challenge we undertake.
