Personal Change Method

Not religion or enlightenment

or a substitute for professional therapy

 

The fact that a person is religious, or follows a particular path to enlightenment, or is undergoing a certain type of therapy does not necessarily make him or her feel happy.

The developers of the Click Into Joy! Personal Change Method  practice, and admire religion, specific paths to enlightenment, and respect the value of therapy in individual's lives.

But the Click Into Joy! method itself is not concerned with religion, enlightenment or therapy. It doesn't pretend to take you to either heaven or nirvana. It instead focusses on producing simple--but productive--feelings of happiness in the individual.

On the other hand there is a relationship between the Method and the modalities of religion, enlightenment, and classical therapy.

Let's look at these one by one.

Religion

There are two ways to look at religion: 

1) As a way to save one's soul from the tortures of hell, or

2) As a way to culture one's love for God and humanity.

The Click Into Joy! Personal Change Method cannot help with the first definition of religion, but can help with the second. Specifically, it helps a person to be open-hearted, which is a bottom-line necessity in the love of God and man.

Enlightenment 

Similarly, there are two ways to look at enlightenment;

1) As a huge, mystical, quantum leap in awareness or consciousness which allows one to directly perceive--and live--the infinity which pervades and unifies both ourselves and the universe; or 

2) As the process of growth, the process of  change.

The Click Into Joy! Personal Change Method probably cannot help with the first definition, but can help with the second. In other words, practitioners cannot expect union with the Absolute, but should expect the Method's practice to make the process of growth easier than ever before.

Therapy

And again similarly, there are two kinds of therapy:

1) As a highly-necessary professional intervention in one's life in order to solve incredibly pressing and sometimes life-threatening psychological problems; or

2) As anything which aids one's growth in a comforting and effective fashion.

Here again, the Click Into Joy! Personal Change Method probably cannot help with the first definition, but can be highly effective within the second.

The bottom line is that:

1) the skill which truly happy people employ to let go of stress as soon as it appears, and to let go of worry as soon as it has served its purpose; 

2) how to apply that skill in order to be more open and positive in one's relationship with others; and

3) how to apply these increases in inner peace and outer positivity, towards conquering many sorts of fear and negative habits.
